Lax-A-Day® is a gentle, effective osmotic laxative that provides relief from occasional constipation without cramping or harsh side effects. Its active ingredient, polyethylene glycol 3350, works by retaining water in the stool, softening it, and increasing the frequency of bowel movements—usually within 24–72 hours. It’s flavourless, sugar-free, and grit-free, making it easy to mix into any beverage.

Use: Adults 18+: Take 17g (1 heaping tablespoon) daily, mixed with 240mL of any beverage. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a doctor.
